BUILD THE FUTURE OF AUTONOMOUS DEVELOPMENT

We are building the frameworks, tools, and protocols that let AI teams ship enterprise software with provable quality. Come build with us.

What We're Building

ASIF Framework

The Autonomous Software Intelligence Framework governs multi-agent development teams. Wolf, our CoS AI, issues directives, tracks execution, and enforces quality across an entire portfolio of projects.

ORBIT Execution Model

Observe, Reason, Build, Inspect, Turn. Every task follows this loop. No code ships without inspection. No feature deploys without tests. The loop is the law.

CRUCIBLE Protocol

Seven quality gates that every test suite must pass. No hollow assertions. No mock proliferation. Delta gates ensure test counts never decrease. Oracle tiers validate real behavior.

Wolf CoS

The Chief of Staff AI that orchestrates everything. Wolf scans portfolio state, issues prioritized directives, tracks completion, and escalates blockers. 100+ directives in a single session.

Our Stack

Open Source

Our governance frameworks are built in the open. The CRUCIBLE Protocol, ASIF standards, and Wolf CoS tooling are available on GitHub. We believe autonomous development should be transparent, auditable, and community-driven.

How to Contribute

1

Fork the repo

Start by forking the repository on GitHub. Clone it locally and run pnpm install to get set up.

2

Create a branch

Branch from main. Name it descriptively: feat/your-feature or fix/your-fix.

3

Follow CRUCIBLE for tests

Every feature needs tests. No hollow assertions. Use pnpm test to run the full suite. Test count must not decrease.

4

Read CLAUDE.md for context

The project's CLAUDE.md contains architecture decisions, coding conventions, and governance rules. Read it before submitting your PR.

5

Open a PR

Push your branch and open a pull request. Include a summary of changes, test coverage, and any directive references. CI gates must pass before merge.
